I offer a sensitive, confidential counselling service in a safe, comfortable professional setting for you to explore your difficulties.

My approach has a person centred, non judgemental core, where I support you in finding the best way forward that works for you as an individual or couple.  I sometimes integrate other therapies in Counselling sessions using my intuition to help a client with their process.  This may include coping strategies, mindfulness, CBT or Transactional Analysis (T.A.).

We can work together to:
