Anger is a healthy basic emotion that we all can experience within our daily lives. It can be a complex feeling that you may have when you do not get your needs met.
You could feel an injustice, disrespected, frustrated. You may be in disagreement with family, work colleagues, friends, fellow drivers or yourself. You probably have triggers for your anger, this may be rush hour traffic or someone has jumped the supermarket queue.
Anger, if poorly managed, can get out of hand and become destructive and aggressive. Anger can cause many issues including relationship problems, guilt, despair, low self esteem, trouble at work in society or even with the law.
If anger can not be expressed it can be turned internally, be self destructive and can lead to other problems such as anxiety and depression. As an experienced counsellor I can help to look confidentially without judgement at helping you with anger management counselling.
